1. All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). By making initial or final submissions, we represent and warrant that we agree to all the terms and conditions of quadrant scientific publishers.
2. In consideration of the sensitive nature of this information (Confidential Information), I/We acknowledge and agree that articles (including all drafts, notes and preparatory material) prior to first publication are treated as highly confidential (Confidential Information).

During the term of this agreement, I/we warrant and agree that, at all times, all Confidential Information will be kept confidential and that all reasonable measures will be taken to preserve its confidentiality; (b) use Confidential Information exclusively for the purpose of performing any services authorized by us without any other purpose.; or (c) not disclose or use Confidential Information for the benefit of any third party unless otherwise permitted by us (which may only be granted after we obtain undertakings similar to those in this paragraph from such parties).
